One of the major problems when you have a long distance relationship is that you do not get to see your partner over long periods of time. In these cases, there is a fear that both of you may lose intimacy with each other and may experience weird feelings when you meet. Actually, the more you see your partner you will feel convinced that he or she is right for you and as the gap between your meetings stretches you might lose some conviction and may question yourself whether your partner is really right for you?

When two lovers are separated with each other for extended time, misunderstandings are bound to take place which will give rise to problems when you have a long distance relationship. Even when there are problems and you try to resolve them; you do not have a face to face communication. In such cases, satisfying your partner with your reasoning may not be that easy as you could have done standing face to face. By looking into the face of your partner, you could really judge whether the words spoken are coming from his heart or not but in a long distance relationship you cannot judge the same over phone or chatting. As such, the misunderstanding does not get resolved fully.

Common problems when you have a long distance relationship that may come up frequently are- unanswered phone calls or un-responded emails. A situation may crop up when you are emailing to your partner and expect a response right away, but he or she may not have checked the mail for so many genuine reasons and it may create a sense of anxiety in you and you may visualize many tragic and sleazing scenarios in your imagination. Likewise if your partner has not responded to your phone calls for any obvious innocent reasons, you may not miss the chance to blast him and end up saying lots of things which you don’t mean and which may jeopardize your relations.

In long distance relationships, if your partner tells you about co workers of the opposite sex, you may feel jealous and want to find out whether that person is more beautiful, handsome and sexier than you. This may put the trust between both of you at risk. The major problem with jealousy stands at the fact that you cannot solve it by reasoning.

Another problem of long distance relationship is fighting over phone for trivial matters. If you are face to face, the fight can be resolved soon, but over the phone the other person just tends to hang up in case a fight takes shape, and does not pick it up when other calls back.

If you want to put an end to the problems when you have a long distance relationship, learn to trust your partner fully and try to visit each other so that the physical meeting can strengthen the bonds that can hold your relationship strongly forever.
