Kissing Cousins

My great boyfriend comes w/1 major setback 2 me. He has slept w/his brother in laws sister 2 times in the past. He said it was a long time ago & they were drunk. The families are close & I’m not sure I can handle her being in the picture. I met her & knew it before he told me because she seemed flirtatious. I’ve been cheated on in past a lot & it’s usually w/someone from their past/someone in the picture. He has no kids so I didn’t think ‘d have to worry about an uncomfortable family situation like this. How can I know she’s not a thought a to him when there’s constant reminders? Help, I don’t want to leave him but I can’t relax.

Thanks for the update and I wish you well. Many times just believing in someone is enough to help them get it together. You sound like a strong-willed woman and I hope your faith will transfer its strength to your man.

thank you for comments.a couple poeple in my “real life” feel that unless he gives me reason i need to trust him that this person really does love me&alot of poeple have to deal with ex’s being in the picture.he’s assured me(of coarse)&goes out of his way to make me feel secure.im going to give it a try if he were to want to live the drinking life again id definately call it quits.if i see any signs ill post and look forward to your comments again.feel free to comment on this as well.:)

This guy may also be a alcoholic if there is any truth to the statement about being drunk and having sex 2 times.

IMHO this is one to run from as fast as my little legs will take me.

Firstly, I find it hard to believe anyone sleeps with another person TWICE and then uses the excuse they were both drunk, both times – come-on!!!!

I see your are very attached to your boyfriend, and I am not sure how old you are; but he sounds like he is a teenager. When a man “blames” having sex with someone even once on anything but a deliberate decision on the two peoples’ part he is lying to you and trying to fool himself.

It is your call but I will predict that this guy will continue to cause you heartache and his behavior will continue. This guy basically needs to grow up. Good Luck with that one.
